Our AFSCME Cares Team is excited and proud to support this year’s NAMI Walks Event. This is NAMI’s premier fundraising event of the year. Between Sponsors and participants funds are raised to end stigma, raise mental health awareness and support Southern Arizona expenses so that they can offer important mental health services in our community by providing NO COST advocacy, education and support programs to ALL affected by mental illness.

The officer positions are Division Chair, Division Vice-Chair, Recording Secretary, and Chief Steward.

Secretary Treasurer Call To Fill Vacancy Nominations of 2024-2026 Local 449 Officers took place on Saturday February 10th. As a result the position of Secretary Treasurer needs to be appointed by your Executive Board. If you are interested please attend the Executive Board Meeting for a brief interview & consideration - Every third Wednesday of the month @ 6:30 PM / hybrid.

Uncontested Nominations / Executive Board Officers: President, Vice-President, Recording Secretary, Trustees (3) are now uncontested and will begin term following outline above. Please attend your meetings and check your personal emails for current results.
